Tony says the last three years at Boys Ranch has taught him two valuable lessons: The company you keep can make or break an experience, and true change only happens when you decide to do it for yourself.
Tony said he’ll most miss the people in our caring community, and wants to express his gratitude to Chloe Hewitt, senior caseworker at Boys Ranch, for her kindness and patience towards him.
To younger Boys Ranch generations, Tony urged them to learn to love themselves, to help others when possible and to show respect at all times.
Over the summer, Tony will visit his home state of Virginia. In the fall, Tony plans to return to Amarillo, Texas, to attend Amarillo College while staying in the Boys Ranch Alumni Support Center housing.
With your help, Tony is about to open the next chapter in his life! The cost of attending Amarillo College this year is $3,042. As Tony embarks on his journey, we hope you’ll consider helping him, and all the boys and girls at Boys Ranch, with a gift to help cover the costs of education towards building a bright future.
