For the past five years, Dalyn has called Boys Ranch home. After leaving our care, Dalyn plans on reuniting with his family until he starts classes in the fall at Clarendon College in Clarendon, Texas.

Dalyn says he most enjoyed his involvement in rodeo, which taught him the value of hard work. With plans to put that lesson to good use back in his hometown of Elkhart, Texas, Dalyn intends to find a summer job.

Dalyn couldn’t pinpoint just one favorite memory from his time at Cal Farley’s with so many good memories that he’ll be taking with him. However, he did have some parting advice to his younger peers and those joining our vibrant community: go, take advantage of all the opportunities Boys Ranch has to offer.

The cost of attending Clarendon College this year is $2,976. As Dalyn embarks on the next chapter in his life, we hope you’ll consider helping him and the many other boys and girls at Boys Ranch pursue successful careers. With your help, Dalyn and all the young people in our care have the chance to create bright and promising futures!
